Implement the same functionality as SSLPersonas

"SSLPersonas shows you how secure a web page is in a very obvious way: It changes the Firefox theme according to the SSL status of a website." - SSLPersonas

SSLPersonas is not a WebExtension so I asked the developer to comment if he/her are going to make it at all.
