I have some issues while signing up with the username

It seems to be working on my side. Can you give me a username/password pair so I can test the same thing? (Create new ones, of course)

I just got this email. I think I'm going to look into it sometime:

There's a 500 when trying to get my password back, as I completely forgot it. When trying to create a new account instead, I get another 500 error.

And after this, I can't even try to create an account again as it says that my email is already registered.
