The new "show file size" mode added. This mode shows file sizes (when available) on the right and it switched on by default. Mode may be toggled by "z" key...

Now PgUp/PgDown keys can be used. I have to remap Home from ~ to Home key because the PgUp/PgDown sequences are ^[[5~ and ^[[6~ and these sequnces trigger ~ binding.
