how to import file with metaphlan2 style

I am confuse for data import, can i import data in metaphlan2 style?

Thanks for your interested in microbiomeMarker. metaphlan2 outputs were not supported. If necessary. a new function (e.g. import_metaphlan2()) may be created in microbiomeMarker.
