Taxonomic level with post hoc test

Hi,

For the posthoc_test() function, it might be interesting to add the option to specify the taxonomic rank for summarization.

I would like to compare the markers obtained with "run_lefse" at the genus level with the results of "run_posthoc_test" but the names of the markers are different. I believe the reason is that the "run_posthoc_test" function does not summarize at the same taxonomic level.
