Rounding gnome shell elements.

If you click custom windows and click select windows you can select any gnome shell element that's present on your screen. For example like a dock. However this is probably a bug and doesn't work as the extention throws an error. But could this actually work? For example the extension blur my shell does not support rounded corners, however if this extension could properly corner gnome shell elements, it could work with the blur extension to properly have a blurred a element with corners. Could this idea possibly work?
