[BUG] Missing library leads to TypeInitializationException on math command

Describe the bug The LaTeX renderer for the []math command fails to initialize on Linux due to a missing library that's native to Windows, leading to a TypeInitializationException on the live bot.

To Reproduce Run the []math command

Expected behavior For it to not do that.
