Remove `composer/composer` require?

Composer is rather heavy dependency NOT needed for basic usage. Maybe move to suggested dependency?

Added it back. It is installed by Codeception. That's why it worked for yii-demo.

To reproduce install yii-demo with --no-dev flag to skip codeception.
