When you perform a search for nothing you get a result page telling you this:
Search results for "" No results found.
Would it be nice to have the option of entering a different search? From the result page, I mean. I noticed that there is no real search page.
The search field should IMO always be visible as it is a key feature for developers to search the docs.
The search field should not always "dance".
When you enter the page, the search field is 350 px, and all is ok. But when you click anywhere on the page it is getting smaller. That is because the cursor is pointed inside the of the serch text field. Well, if the idea was to focus on search , than ok. But you should not do this on every page. the menu dance and change it's length on every new page after first mouse click.
