Add possibility to change username and email

Got a few support requests on this, would be good to allow users to do this themselfs.

need to ensure forum accounts still match after the change!

It's enough to implement changing email at website. I've verified that forum email is properly changed after setting new email in the website DB.

Currently doesn't work. Causes "Integrity constraint violation".
