Setting background to white

Adding this line background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 1.0); to html,body{}

Thanks! On second thought, I decided not to make this change, since I usually do not like to hard-code things. If you prefer the dark themes in the RStudio IDE, you probably should change the font color of this theme to a light color and background color to a dark color for the sake of consistency.

Anyway, it is an easy enough change on your side, so please feel free to do it in your own theme.
