NotificationListenerService instance is not recreated at App Relaunch

It seems that it is necessary to unable & reenable the NotificationListener access every time we relaunch the App (from Android Studio) in order to get NotificationMonitor passing through onCreate.

This is quite problematic, do you understand why ?
