Eshop updates-skipping patch borks downloading titles from Home Menu

The NIM patch which skips the Eshop update checks (https://github.com/yifanlu/3ds_injector/blob/region-change/source/patcher.c#L277 ) also borks the update checking logic if you try to fully download a title from Home Menu after that you set it to download in sleep mode from Eshop, or you got the title from a SpotPass notification (e.g Flipnote). To reproduce: open Eshop, try to redownload a game you own, say to "download in sleep mode", and before it's done downloading, click on the in-progress download icon on Home Menu and press Y to "download now". It will say that "an update is available". Disabling the patch makes the problem disappear.
