Configs for Semantic Segmentation Downstream Tasks

Dear Authors,

Thanks you for providing the well-structured code for your FreeSel methods. As discussed in this issue: https://github.com/yichen928/FreeSel/issues/7 the repo does not contain the code for the semantic segmentation downstream trask. Could you please provide it as well? Assuming that you trained the models using the mmsegmentation framework it would suffice to add the configs and add the file for selecting the subset from cityscapes.
