[bug] 400 million troop & rats re-issue.

I some found problem the 400 million troop & rats.. This appears to solve some.

Negative values ​​are entered in the DB, This database is 400 million. This must be resolved.

I think When the input to the battle, and DB,  So we should make sure this does not produce a negative value.

Combat-related sources of attacker and defender Where is this?

Because of this headache. Usually happens a lot when reinforcements & attack arrive. Please fix me please
