getting file not found in PATH using Moshier eph.

Hi, I'm getting the following error even though I have set the path in swe_set_ephe_path(). I believe it's because I haven't done this bit properly https://github.com/ygrenier/SwissEphNet/wiki/Loading-files#loading-files

Can someone show me a working example please. Thanks
