It's right there, second link in my first comment. Hasn't gone anywhere. The first link (point 2 on the page) describes the new directory/URL structure.
Well, I have one, but it's all in German, so probably useless for your site.
The OTP plugin for Keepass can already capture QR codes from screenshots. Although when I tried last time (a few days ago) it would freeze Keepass for a few minutes....
Syncing the database is still a manual process for me, and syncing it twice to continue editing an entry on another device is a really complicated process, not to recommend.
