Provide a signed assembly

Projects which use strong named assemblies are only allowed to reference other strong named assemblies.

In the absence of a strong name for MultiSelectTreeView, this means the only way to utilize the project is to fork it and sign it myself. It would be much nicer if I could reference the NuGet package instead.
