Where should node policies be?

In principle, everyone is free to define certain policies for their node. What is the best way to let others know about this? Write directly to the file where the node info is also located, like in this PR? Should there rather be a link to an external page if node policies are longer than a few words?

I personally think that it is very important to know the policies of a node. Therefore, everyone should have the opportunity to view the policy.
