Scrolling up and down navigates to the next image

I have to scroll down in order to reach the buttons for favorites or send to img2img, which would be totally fine except that the action of scrolling causes image browser to begin flipping through images. By the time I've scrolled far enough to hit the buttons, I'm on different image. I can see the bottom half of the image and the selector bar, but if the changes between images happened in the upper half, I can't tell which picture is which. I don't have swipe left/right to navigate checked.
