[Feature Request]: display image Generation Info from related text file

As far as I understand the Generate Info area is populated from the PNG chunks if present, otherwise it's empty.

But the Web UI also offers the option to save the information on a text file with the same name of the image:

So I think it would make sense, in case there are no PNG chunks, to look for a text file with the same name of the image, and if it exists then display its contents inside the Generate Info area.

I personally prefer this approach so I can also add my own notes to the text files in addition to the generation parameters.
