Is it possible to manually adjust face expression on generated Flame model ?

Can you please specify what you mean with manually adjusting expressions? You can change the parameters manually and evaluate FLAME on the changed parameters. Does that answer your question?

I mean if there are some standard expressions for generated flame model like neutral or smile expression shape key.
