Yew 0.21 and Prokio 0.1.0 use different versions of Gloo

Problem yew 0.21 declares dependency on both gloo 0.10 and prokio 0.1.0, but prokio 0.1.0 depends on gloo 0.8. 0.8 and 0.10 are semver incompatible, so both versions are compiled.

This doesn't seem to cause immediate problems in simple use-cases, but it's likely not intended.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Add yew = "0.21.0" to your Cargo.toml dependencies

Expected behavior I depend on only one version of gloo
