Link to migration guides at the top of changelog
@voidpumpkin can you give more details about it? What I'm thinking it that's just to modify the CHANGELOG.md file and add a new section like the below:

@mateuseap My initial idea probably was to have a link overall to the migration guides, not a specific version. This way it would be at the very top and not tied to any version. It would involve making a landing page for migrations as currently there is none.
Another path is to update the tool we use to generate changelog https://github.com/yewstack/yew/tree/master/tools/changelog And do it like you have noted.

@voidpumpkin For now, I'll link a migrate from 0.20.0 to 0.21.0 However, I wish to work on a landing page like you suggested. What would be a good place to start?
