Add Todo MVC example to todomvc.com

Description

feature request: http://todomvc.com/ is a showcase for a variety of frontend languages and frameworks. I think yew could benefit from having an example there.

There is a todomvc example in the examples folder, so this should probably be closed.

I think this issue is for adding Yew to the todomvc.com showcase. The current TodoMVC implementation in the examples folder won't work because it is not fully spec conforming.
