Option to load an alternative coffee-script-js

Now you can specify an alternative coffee-script.js to use instead of the built-in one. Use --coffeescriptjs . In addition, any other options passed in such as "--bare" are sent to Coffeescript.

This also reworks the Options parsing. It removes the Option.java enumeration, and instead passes any options that it does not understand to coffeescript. This is necessary because we do not know what options the user specified version of coffee-script.js will have.
