feature: Claude native web search

Feature request

Anthropic recently released a Claude-native web search tool. It would be amazing if that would be available as a web_search_engine in avante.

Motivation

I'm currently using Tavily, which works okay, but based on experiments outside of avante, it seems like Claude's native search is a bit better / more reliable. Also reduces reliance on additional APIs and services.

~~One of my major use cases for LLMs outside of programming is search result summary (mostly for answering basic questions). I would love to be able to do this directly inside of Neovim. In my experience (at least with the Brave search provider), Avante doesn't seem to know how to handle this use case. It's understandable if that's beyond the scope of this tool but it sure would be neat to be able to use Neovim/Avante for all of my LLM interactions.~~

I stand corrected. I just tried this with Tavily instead of Brave and it works fine.
