feature: Add Option to Customize Summary Language in AvanteHistory

Feature request

I would like to request the ability to customize the language of the summary displayed in AvanteHistory. Currently, the summary is always shown in English, but it would be helpful if users could specify their preferred language (e.g., Japanese, French, etc.). This would allow the summary to be generated or displayed in the user's chosen language, making the feature more accessible to a wider audience.

Motivation

Currently, the summary displayed in AvanteHistory is always in English. For non-English users, especially those who prefer to use Neovim in their native language, it would be much more user-friendly if the summary language could be customized. Adding an option to set the summary language would improve accessibility and enhance the experience for a broader range of users.
