feature: Architect mode

integrate something like aider architect mode using a reasoning model and a editor model selected by the user, something like deepseek r1 and deepseek v3

I see this pattern has emerged over the last few days. Using deepseek for reasoning / planning and Claude for implementing. I'd love to have support for that in avante.
