Proxy for feed update

I have noticed that some feeds intentionally restrict access to addresses of some countries (for example, Russia)

Because of this, it would be useful to be able to specify a proxy server to bypass such restrictions or to cache results if multiple Yeti instances are used. This is not a very necessary functionality, but I would like to see it in the future
