fix: add dependencies that vary depending on the os to make deps

  • make deps now installs all dependencies (zap-pretty, abigen, foundry, eigenlayer-cli, jq and yq) depending on the OS (only macOS and Linux supported).
  • TODO: this should be tested in Linux.
