Download the latest boomtable release from Github here: https://github.com/yesoreyeram/yesoreyeram-boomtable-panel/releases/latest

As grafana user, extract the zip file in /var/lib/grafana/plugins/, and then restart the grafana-server service. The plugin should now be available.
