@Cobolt78, Sorry for misguiding on windows settings are stored in Application Data Folder which is inside user_home. If nothing works, just try to delete folder with settings for relevant version.

Long ago between version 2 and 4, track tag was broken, which does not impact most of mp3->m4b conversion, but still a bug. After fixing, some side effects appears.
