Putting wrong audio in chapters (6.1.1)

Okay, so I'm combining two different audiobooks, and it comes to a total of 117 chapters.

When I tried doing it the first time, dividing by chapters instead of parts, it acted like it did everything fine, but when I got to the final file, the first four chapters were all properly labeled, but they all had the audio from the first chapter only. It did not do this with every chapter, but it did it with a lot of them.

I figured maybe I was trying a batch too large, so I tried a smaller one with only 13 chapters, and it did the exact same thing.

Same issue, It's seemingly random which chapter's audio goes into which chapter's title and file name.
