The error happened here Loading the HuBERT Model...

error: OSError: We couldn't connect to 'https://huggingface.co' to load this file, couldn't find it in the cached files and it looks like facebook/hubert-large-ls960-ft is not the path to a directory containing a file named config.json.

My server has set up a VPN and can connect to HUGGINGFACE, but this error is reported. I also downloaded the relevant model in the cache file

The path to the cache file is: /root/.cache/huggingface/hub/models--facebook--hubert-large-ls960-ft
