Discuss tabtab situation.

Is anyone using it? tabtab and similar packages doesn't seem to be maintained.

Following https://github.com/mklabs/tabtab/issues/46#issuecomment-3151346389, https://github.com/pnpm/tabtab seems to be the best alternative for now. But it seems to be quite complex, I'm not interested in implementing the migration, so my vote is to drop tabtab until someone migrates to new version https://github.com/yeoman/yo/pull/915.

I'm in contact with mklabs and asked in an npm channel to see if we can help get them access to their account. In the meantime I think it's reasonable to remove tabtab/completion until the situation resolves itself. cc @UlisesGascon
