X in first box

Sometimes when reseting the cpu has already placed an X in the first box. I don't know if that is intentional ,like sometimes the cpu plays first but if that's the case i would suggest that it should happen only if the cpu wins. If its not intentional then it might be a bug, if so i would like to work on it. Thanks
