The homebrew ropbin is ready error

I installed through cia after the latest luma update and now it doesnt work. After starting is says the ropbin is ready homebrew and returns to homescreen with error to backup save data. I downloaded new starter pack and boot from official homebrew site but nothing works. Help

I'm having the same issue. Might be a user issue or just something up with 11.3 (& perhaps related to "New" consoles.)

Actually. If you're on the new 3ds & 11.3, go into LUMA (boot w select) and make sure you don't have the new 3ds cpu thing selected. If that does nothing, update to the hourly build. Either or fixed it for me.
