Sending full HTML body to Instapaper

Hello,

thank you for nice add-on (I can't use it in work because we have Firefox ESR[1] 24.4 here but I'm using it in home and it's great).

I have one request: can you add option to send full page body to Instapaper?

Some sites don't play nice with it and sending link is not working properly (check e.g. wyborcza.pl). Even when I can read full article on page Instapaper see empty page...

This will take a little bit more time. Have to contact Instapaper.

I've written the code that should work, but there is a problem: to access this feature, one should receive a token from Instapaper. This addon is open-source, so everyone will be able to see this token and Instapaper might block it, thus disrupting this feature for users of this addon. I could store it outside of this repository, but then anyone can unzip the addon (Firefox addons are just zip files) and use it for whatever needs they have, and again Instapaper might block it.

I'll ask their opinion and ping you back. Sorry it took such a long time.
