snowman64.dll: can't load file

Can't load plugin into IDA 7.0. This is the error message from IDA's output window: LoadLibrary(C:\Program Files\IDA Freeware 7.0\plugins\snowman64.dll) error: The specified procedure could not be found. C:\Program Files\IDA Freeware 7.0\plugins\snowman64.dll: can't load file

Am I doing anything wrong?
