Issue with rultor installation from github marketplace

1. I've installed rultor to my account with intent to try it in private repo (agorlov/PSR2Check)

2. After installation, I type command in comment to issue @rultor hello reult - nothing :/

3. Ive checked again app installation page:

And found link: grant this app access to your GitHub account.

Clicked it. https://github.com/marketplace/rultor-com/install/MDE2OlN1YnNjcmlwdGlvbkl0ZW00MDQxOTQ=

Was redirected to https://doc.rultor.com/?marketplace_listing_plan_id=2370

Again, nothing happened.

What have I missed? Or is there something wrong with installation? Thank you.
