I would like to ask how to interpret outputs

I want to confirm whether my MAGs are complete or circular

GCI seems to be an index to evaluate the contiguity

what value would be proper threshold to confirm whether my MAGs are circular or not

You can use the output ${prefix}.${threshold}.depth.bed to identify potential assembly issues, while you could povide option -p to get plots for each chromosome/contig. As for 'circular or not', I don't know much about MAGs and I think you should try other tools like CheckM2.
