Feature request: print a book which consist of booklets

It would be great ho have ability to print books which will consist of booklets.

Thank you for this useful tool, but It would be a good idea to allow the use of other file format, especially Open Format.

PyBooklet won't run from source

The launcher script have the same name as the package, which then fails when executed.
