add a dashboard page

Scope for yearn watch dashboard

• top 5-10 strategies chart sorted by totalAssets in USDC and grouped by similar name "maker" "leverage"
• top 5-10 protocol distribution chart with totalAssets USDC in strategy "maker", "curve", "aave" etc
• top 5-10 vaults that have a specific debt ratio unallocated.

Ideally the chart details can be clickable to strategy page and data set can be showned, so maybe a list below and a chart at the top.

this would be present in a new route for yearn watch using existing APIs
