Coupling QDYN-SPECFEM is outdated

Since the QDYN-SPECFEM bridge (QSB) hasn't been used in a very long time, it is unlikely that it still works. We need to update and test the code, and integrate it in the standard test suite to ensure its operability. A first step would be to create a simple example that we can run to test the code.
