Show column compression settings for ColumnTables

@neyrox please let us know when it is available in the main branch at least no use to start ui activities before that ciiw, but ticket seems doable in two sprints (weeks) top

I think we should show column with all compression-related settings for column. Algorithm, level, Sparse, Low cardinailty. All this in one column, if specified explicitly or inherited from database.
