[FEAT] PATEGAN example

Create a PATEGAN example file that showcases the full functionality:

1. Use and transform an example dataset (p.e. adult dataset).
2. Train synthesizer.
3. Save and load synthesizer
4. Sample from synthesizer
5. Inverse transformation from the synthesized samples
