The miou for r18-speed

Hi, there is a confusing question about the miou for r18-speed, for real-time fps test, the output resolution is 1/8 of the original image. But how you get the miou on the cityscapes test dataset?Where are you upsampling back to the original size? Thanks!

#69 as athor answerd in another issue that paper result is get from their train structure. So I guess this question is same with mines.
