Added changing brightness by cmd param

There are a problem with lg ultrafine in linux, when you connect to a computer the brightness maybe default to 0, make screen unreadable, so I added the cmd brightness param to directly changing the brightness for all displays. Make it easier for adjust brightness without seeing the screen.
