Each time i use the dump option in the interface i can't use my SHIFT keys anymore until reboot of PC

I use VS 2019 pro, and have installed the extension. When i use it in debug mode it works fine but immediately after that my shift keys (both) becomes non responsive system wide (even outside of VS)

My only solution so far to get my shift key to become responsive again is to reboot the PC

For information i use an AZERTY keyboard (french)

  1. Is this bug reproducible for both cases: running the dump command from the UI and by hotkeys?
  2. Does this only affect shift keys? Please verify it on https://key-test.com
